With a dedicated tenure of nine years as a licensed massage therapist, I have cultivated a distinctive approach to massage that I categorize as refined bodywork. Drawing inspiration from my expertise in Thai Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue techniques, and Reflexology, I assert with confidence that my rendition of bodywork is exclusively therapeutic.

Approach to Bodywork

My main objective in my practice is to build a foundation of trust with each client before providing regenerative muscle therapy. Each session is customized to what my clients’ needs are at their time of visit. I would like to separate the stigma that massage is a luxury. True bodywork is therapeutic and necessary for maintaining a healthy, essentially pain free, life.
